WOD:

From www.CrossFit.com, 1/10/18

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 power snatches
10 overhead walking lunges
1 rope climb, 15-ft. rope

Men: 95 lb.
Women: 65 lb.

FORMAT:

  • With the given weight and movements, you should be able to perform at least 5+ rounds.
  • Pirate rules for the Rope Climb! It is only 1 rep and will go by fast!
  • Coaches assign 1-2 ropes as designated Rope Pull stations
    • Athletes complete 2 Rope Pulls for every 1 Rope Climb!
  • If necessary, complete OHWL in place
