10 – 9 – 8 – 7 – 6 – 5 – 4 – 3 – 2 – 1:

Box Jumps #30/24

FORMAT:

*Perform 1 Hang Squat Clean, then 10 Box Jumps. 2 Hang Squat Cleans, then 9 Box Jumps. Continue in this format until finished.

*The purpose of this workout is to go somewhat heavy for the Hang Squat Clean. A weight that may force you to do 2 sets when it comes to 8, 9 and 10.
