FORMAT:

  • You should strive to get 5+ rounds on this workout

SCALING:

  • Scaling the Wall Ball
    • Keep the reps, today!
    • Scale by decreasing the weight and trying to complete all of the reps unbroken!
  • Scaling the Double Unders
    • Complete as many Double Under attempts in 30 seconds each round.
    • Scale by completing Max Single Under’s in 30 seconds.
