90 seconds of Max Back Squats #185/125

90 seconds of Max Box Jump Overs #24/20

60 seconds of Max Back Squats 

60 seconds of Max Box Jump Overs 

60 seconds of Max Slam Balls

60 seconds of Rest

30 seconds of Max Back Squats 

30 seconds of Max Box Jump Overs 

30 seconds of Max Slam Balls

FORMAT:

*Take Back Squats from the rack.

*The Back Squat weight should be less than 60% of your 1 rep max!

*For Back Squat, you should be aiming for ~30 reps during 90 seconds, ~20 reps during 60 seconds, and ~10 reps during 30 seconds.

*For Logistics, set up class such that no more than 6 people are squatting at once. Stagger the start if need be. Have athletes compromise regarding weights.
