1 minute Recovery Air Squats

FORMAT:

  • Athlete’s are meant to perform with an all out effort for the Jumping Back Squats into the Row Sprint.
  • Athlete’s should immediately get off rower and perform Air Squats at a Recovery speed to return back to a normal heart rate as well as flush out your legs!
