WOD:

Every 4 minutes for 24 minutes (6 sets)

Run 400m

15 Back Squats #115/75

FORMAT:

*Run as hard as you can during the 400m. 

*Barbells for the Back Squat need to be cleaned from the ground and brought to the back rack position.

*Back Squats should be performed unbroken.
