FORMAT:

*Goal is to get @ least 5+ Rounds

*Front Squats are taken from the ground and should be unbroken.

SCALING:

*Lower Reps on DU’s to complete in less than 45 seconds.

*Max DU reps in 45 seconds.

*Only if cannot complete doubles, do 50 singles.
