  • Intermediate: Accumulate 50 Reps Each of GHD Sit-ups
  • Advanced:Accumulate 75 Reps Each of GHD Sit-ups

NOTES:

  • Box Height is higher than normal & Power Clean weight is heavier today.
    • Challenge yourself with increased height and heavier weight.
