WOD:

Part 1:

Every 2 minutes x 10 minutes (5 sets),

Perform 5 Push Jerks @ 70+% of 1 rm Clean and Jerk weight.

Part 2:

12 min. AMRAP

Partner 1: Run 100m (PACER)

Partner 2: Max Ring Dips

Partner 3: Max Alternating Dumbbell Snatch (As heavy as possible)

FORMAT:

*Build to Front Squat weight prior to Part 1. 

*Use rings or matador dip bars for dips.

SCALING:

*Scale Ring Dips using bands for assistance.
