WOD Prep:

Spend 10-12 minutes, practicing Max Height Box Jumps. Add weights to the top of the box to increase height.

WOD:

Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:

Odd Minutes: Row 15 / 12 Calories

Even Minutes: 15 Box Jumps #24/20

*Increase and/or decrease reps as needed as time goes on.
