10 Front Rack Walking Lunges #115/75
50 Double Under’s
- Depending on class size, perform lunges in place if necessary
- Otherwise, perform lunges in same fashion as CrossFit Open!
- 1 Barbell per athlete
- Double Under’s
- Complete 50 Double Under’s OR max in 45 seconds.
- Perform Single Under’s if needed for 45 seconds.
