WOD:

In Teams of 2, complete 5 sets EACH with your partner of:

15 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls #75/55

15 Calorie Row

15 Box Jumps #24/20

FORMAT:

*Partner 1 completes an entire round, while partner 2 rests.

*Both partners will complete 5 rounds each!

*Each round should take the partner no more than 2 minutes.
