WOD:

Complete this AMRAP in the allotted time:

30 Double Under’s

10 Toes to Bar

Round 1: 1 min. on / 1 min. off

Round 2: 2 min. on / 1 min. off

Round 3: 3 min. on / 1 min. off

Round 4: 4 min. on / 1 min. off

Round 5: 5 min. on 

FORMAT:

*Accumulate as many Rounds and Reps as possible of the AMRAP.

*On the whiteboard, you should have five scores!

*Restart the AMRAP during every round.

SCALING:

*Sub :20 seconds of work for Double Unders. During this :20 seconds of work, you can perform attempts of single unders.

*Sub Hanging Knee Raises for Toes to Bar.
