*If you increase your score (rounds and reps) from 1/16/16, this is a very good indicator that your fitness is improving and increasing.
*If this is your first time performing “Cindy,” scale with the goal of getting 1 round every minute. For example 3 Pull-ups, 5 Push-ups, 15 Air Squats.
