Please review this video for standards. Please make it to CFH as soon as possible. Our goal is to review standards then begin the first heat at 5:30pm. 

Workout 14.1

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 double-unders
75-lb. power snatches, 15 reps
