Definition: CrossFit Kids age 3-6 focuses on fun and games. It is quick pace for short attention spans. Brief introduction to CrossFit exercises by using age appropriate queues.
Goal: to develop fine motor skills. This age group also encourages socialization, following directions. Main goal is to have fun while exercising.
Definition: This age group will be introduced CrossFit exercises, body weight exercises and some weight lifting with barbells. The expectation is to complete CrossFit progressions from start to finish with accuracy.
Goal: to build self esteem and confidence within this age group. To give positive reinforcement throughout. Critical age group in overall development- physically, emotionally, mentally. CrossFit kids can create a sense of pride within these individuals, which can be translated into daily choices and activities.
Definition: In our teens program, the individual must follow directions accordingly. It is important that these individuals have an understanding of the CrossFit movements. With the use of more barbell exercises, these individuals need to have a basic understanding of CrossFit. This does not exclude the teens that are new to CrossFit. More time and coaching will be needed- one on one coaching.
Goal: Our goal with the teens program is to enhance their athletic ability through CrossFit. We hone in on movement mechanics.... tightening and sharpening each movement. Very specific program with one on one coaching where every lift needs to be watched. Safety is imperative.
Fee: Payment of cash or check is due at the beginning of class. If you are paying by check, please make payment to CrossFit Hamilton
Ages 3-11 $15.00 PER class
Ages 12-17 $20.00 PER class
This payment is for CFKids group classes only. Please email BonanniFitness@gmail.com for personal training fees and schedule.
*Class length and fee for 11am Saturday will depend on the athletes age and/or steadfastness. Some athletes will participate for 40-45 minutes, while others will participate the entire class time (55minutes-1hour). This will be determined by the coach.
