CFH Programs

CrossFit

CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements, performed at high intensity.  This program offers core strength, metabolic conditioning as well as improvements in flexibility and range of motion.  Whether you are trying to loose weight and get in shape or you are just tired of the same old routine at the gym and you would like to take your fitness to the next level, this is the perfect application for people who are serious about fitness.

Strength & conditioning

We offer private and team strength & conditioning programs for athletes and teams of all sports.

Personal training

CFH offers 1-on-1 coaching for all types of clients with many different kinds of goals whether fitness or sports-specific strength & conditioning.

Elite CFH

Elite CFH is designed for high level crossfiters, athletes and weightlifters.  The program is Power and Strength based, focusing on the Olympic lifts as well as more advanced skill sets.
