We offer private and team strength & conditioning programs for athletes and teams of all sports.

CFH offers 1-on-1 coaching for all types of clients with many different kinds of goals whether fitness or sports-specific strength & conditioning.
Elite CFH
Elite CFH is designed for high level crossfiters, athletes and weightlifters. The program is Power and Strength based, focusing on the Olympic lifts as well as more advanced skill sets.
