Getting Started


  Welcome to CrossFit Hamilton! Before you can sign up for classes you must first schedule a complimentary private session. During that session you will receive an introduction to CrossFit and to discuss your goals as an athlete. During the evaluation you will be coached through some fundamental movements and then you will perform a scaled WOD ( workout of the day).


    After your eval you have the choice to either continue with 1 on 1 personal training or progress into our foundations program.  Please note that every client is required to start their training in the foundations program which is designed for new crossfitters.  Foundations meets 2x per week for 3 weeks introducing the fundamental movements of crossfit focusing on form, function and to prepare you for the rigors of our crossfit group classes.
