CrossFit is for all ages!

My 4 month old niece, Olivia, stopped by to visit the box today. Pictures coming soon of her performing the snatch with the kettle bell. Oh, and by the way, that's body weight!

More progress today!!

Concept 2's, squat racks, barbells, plyo-boxes, dynamax balls, kettle bells, and benches. Check.

    

CFH schedule is now posted!

Come on out and join us at CFH on Saturday. October 10th for our grand opening!!  The event will be from 9am to 12pm.  We will be running Fight Gone Bad so come in, get a great workout and check out the newly designed crossfit facility!!  Refreshments will be available.

We are just about finished with construction and looking forward to the fun part, laying down the mats and breaking out the equipment. Hold on Brett!! It's coming!

Fight Gone Bad Postponed to Saturday, October 10th!!!

Due to a delay with construction, we are rescheduling the event for Saturday, Oct. 10th, which will be our grand opening!!!  The soft opening will be on Tuesday, Oct. 6th and CFH will officially be open for business running crossfit classes!!!

Sign up anytime between the 1st and the grand opening on the 10th and the cost for fundamentals class will be waived($150)
