FORMAT:

-Record your weight for Part 1.

*For Part 2, Complete 21 DB Snatch on the (L) arm, 21 Pull-ups, 21 DB Snatch on the (R) arm. Then, 15 DB Snatch on the (L) arm, 15 Pull-ups, 15 DB Snatch on the (L) arm…..etc.
