Complete three rounds for time of:
95 pound Squat clean, 30 reps
30 Pull-ups
Run 800 meters

In honor of Navy Chief Petty Officer Mark Carter, 27, of Virginia Beach, VA

who was killed in Iraq in 2012.

FORMAT:

36 min. CAP on the WOD. Please scale accordingly. 

-You should be able to complete 3 sets of 10 w/ Squat Cleans with the weight you choose.

SCALING:

*Goal is to complete a round in 12 min. or less. Average is 4 min. per movement. For example, no more than 4 min. spent Squat Cleaning, 4 min. spent doing Pull-ups and 4 min. spent running.
