WOD:

Shoulder Press

7 – 5 – 3 – 1

ACCESSORY:

(This work may have to be completed following the class / on your own. The focus of the class is the Shoulder Press 7-5-3-1)

On the Minute x 10 minutes, complete:

5-10 Handstand Push-ups (any variation, add reps if needed)

(OR)

10-15 Push-ups

*Challenge yourself. If you have been doing push-ups with assistance (with knees down), try negatives. Etc.
