*Please join us at CrossFit Hamilton immediately following 16.5 for lots of food and fun! If you would like to contribute to the mass amount of pizza to be had on Friday, please see Lindsay or Annamarie. We will be getting pizza from both Delorenzo’s and Papa’s to satisfy all!

Thrusters
Burpees

Men use 95 lb.
Women use 65 lb.

FORMAT:

*Please determine whether or not you are doing a certain division (i.e. Masters) OR if you are doing RX vs. Scale.
