50 Ground to Overhead #95/65

Run 200m Together 

FORMAT:

*30 min. Time Cap

*All Runs are performed together 

*1 Barbell per team

*Ground to Overhead can be Power Clean & Jerk OR Power Snatch…this doesn’t have to be a squat!
