FORMAT:

*Complete 2 rounds of 8 BFB + 4 Power Snatches. Then Complete 2 rounds of 8 BFB + 3 PS. Then Complete 2 rounds of 8 BFB + 2 Power Snatches. If you complete all of the above in the allotted time, return back to the beginning and repeat in the same format until time is called.

*Choose 3 weights and have the weights next to your bar for an easy change.
