*Spend 10 WORKING minutes at each station.

Station 1: Build to a 1 rep Bench Press

Station 2: 5 High Box Jumps performed on the minute x 6 minutes

Station 3: 15 Russian Kettlebell Swings performed on the minute x 6 minutes

FORMAT:

*Depending on class size, break up groups to start at different stations.
