15-12-9-12-15 Toes to Bar

 

FORMAT:

*Round 1 is: 15 Cals, 30 Thrusters, 15 Toes to Bar.

*Choose a dumbbell weight that will allow you to do no more than 2-3 sets of Thrusters per round.
