WOD:

Complete 30 Clean and Jerks 135/95 in the following format:

60 seconds of work

60 seconds of rest

-If you complete 7x in the first minute, continue on 8 on the second minute.

-If you have done “Grace” before, use the same weight as you have for that workout.
