Back Squat

**Increase weight by 5-10 lbs

Strength B:

3 x 20 of DB Walking Lunges (Hold DBs by side)

Rest 60 seconds in between each set.

*Treat this as a “heavy” day and choose a challenging weight for the lunges.

**Two Kettlebells is okay to use also.
