We want to consider this to be a “heavy” day in terms of the weight being used on the Power Clean and Jerk. Heavy is certainly not a 1 rep max weight. You may find it of value to utilize the weight you used for the workout “Grace” last week. Let your “Grace” weight determine your jumps for this workout. For example, if you used #95 for “Grace,” use this as your starting weight (10 reps) for this workout. You then may have the potential to bump to #115 and #135 for the latter sets.
