Since the above movements are all “bodyweight,” we can scale effectively by decreasing the time, decreasing the reps per round, and even changing the movement itself, but still preserving the stimulus.
Recommended scaling options:
Pull-ups —> Jumping pull-ups
*Why no band? This workout requires quick transition time. With only 5 pull-ups, the band has the potential to slow you down.
Push-ups —> Elevated box push-ups
*Push-ups from the knees? Yes, but ensure they are done with quality!
