Every minute on the minute (EMOM) x 20 minutes

Complete 1 Power Snatch

Min: 1-10: Build

Min: 11-20: Try to stay above 80-85% of your build

Post WOD:

Max Wall Sit for 5 min!!!

*3 Burpee penalty for resting/coming off wall!
