Warm-up: 

3x 30 Jumping Jacks, 25 Mountain Climbers, 20 Air Squats

2x 10 Down dog/up dog, 10 Push-ups, 5 Wall Walks

Skill: (5-7 min.) 

Handstand Push-ups and possible scaling for the future WODs

WOD: (12 min. cap)

50-40-30-20-10 Double Under’s (DU’s)

5 – 10 – 15 – 20 – 25 Handstand Push-ups (HSPU’s)

Perform 50 DU’s, then 5 HSPU’s, then 40/10, 30/15, 20/20, 10/25

Scaling:

DU’s –> 3 x singles

HSPU’s –> Strict DB Press or Pike Push-ups w/ knees / toes on a box

Test:

CFH’s “2 mile test” (two big laps)

Sub/scale: Choose a weakness that you may have and work for 10 minutes
