21 DB Overhead Walking Lunges (DB’s meant to be held straight overhead in a “Press” position.


Recommended Scaling:

Weighted Sit-ups —-> Sit-ups

Dumbbell Thrusters  —-> Front Squats (If shoulder issue), Push Press (If knee issue), Air Squat (Beginner)

DB OH WL —-> Body Weight Walking Lunges
