WOD Logistics:

*On the count of 3-2-1, go as a team complete Diane, then Elizabeth, then Fran.

**1 BB and 1 set of rings, HSPU and Pull-up section per team of 2.

Pre-Scaling:

HSPU : Strict DB Press

Ring Dips : Bench Dips or Box Dips

Pull-ups: Ring Rows
