NEW CrossFit Hamilton T-shirts are now available. Sample sizes can be found behind the desk. Please see the post on the CFH Facebook page in regards to payment and processing!

All orders that have been purchased with a credit card can be picked up behind the desk. The shirts are on the shelf, in a bag and with your name on it. Those that want to purchase with cash can give to a coach and pick up during the next two days. Please do not leave cash in lockers. Please give to a coach.

Wednesday, 7/23 will conclude our 1rm testing with a Clean & Jerk test. These numbers are vital and important for you to keep.

During the month of August, there will be opportunities to sit down and discuss your current and future nutritional and performance markers. More information on this will be released in the upcoming weeks. 

WOD:

2 rounds:

6 minutes on the Clock:

Run 800m then max Toes to Bar with the remaining time.

2 min. Rest

4 minutes on the Clock:

Run 400m then max Burpees with the remaining time.

2 min. Rest
