S2: Press 3 x 10 @ 50% of A1


Option G1: Ring Dips 5 x 5 weighted!

Option G2: Ring Dips 5 x 7-10

Option G3: Bar Dips/ Box Dips 5 x 7-10

Choose one of the above Gymnastic options. This is not for time but rather for completion and quality.
