3 rounds/ max repetitions of: (Station)

1 min. Hand Release Push-ups (S1)

1 min. Slam Balls (S2)

1 min. 1 arm alternating DB Snatch #45/30 (S3)

1 min. Knees to Elbows (S4)

1 min. REST

Scaling & Set-Up

HR Push-ups —> Push-ups on knees or off a box

Slam Balls      —> Kettle Bell Swings

DB Snatch      —> DB Cleans (2 DB’s)

Knees to Elbows > Knee Tuck **Quality here!

Evenly split the athletes into four groups and have them start at different stations.
