Snatch (Full Squat)

*Build to a heavy single in 15-20 minutes

Post:

10 min. EMOM

4 Pull-ups

8 Push-ups

12 Air Squats

**Complete the above, every minute on the minute for 10. If 4-8-12 is easy, bump to 5-10-15. The goal is to have 5-10 seconds of rest each minute.
