Strength:

S1: Build to 1rm Deadlift in 15 min.

S2: Deadlift 3 x 10 @ 50% of A1

Gymnastics:

Option G1: Handstand Push-ups 5 x 7-10

Option G2: Hollow Body Push-ups 5 x 7-10

Choose one of the above Gymnastic options. This is not for time but rather for completion and quality.
