10 Rope Climbs
30 Ground to Overhead #135/95
50 Front Squats #135/95
Logistics: Two of the three athletes will begin on the rope climbs and barbell, while the third athlete runs 400m. Only one athlete can work at a time on the rope or barbell. Upon returning from the run, athlete three will switch with one or two and continue where they left off. One athlete should be working, one resting, one running.
One BB per team.
