New!!  Paleo talk!!  Thursday June 20th at 6:30pm we will be having a much anticipated nutritional get together.  If your struggling with understanding the Paleo diet, meal timing and preparation don’t miss this meeting.  Nutrition is a key component of your health, fitness, energy levels, disease prevention, and longevity.

All Monday, Wednesday, and Friday night classes are now 6 and 7pm!

5pm advanced classes are now on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.  These classes are invitation only!!



4 X 400 Meter Run @ 85%

Rest 2 minutes between sets.

3 X 200 Meter Run @90%

Rest 2 minutes between sets.

2 X 100 Meter Run @ 95%

Rest 2 minutes between sets.

1 X 400 Meter 1 Arm Farmers Carry (AHAP)

Rest and switch hands as needed.
