May 27 Rally & Send Off Party for Carl Appel. This will be at the gym/more information to follow.
Regional T-shirts for Carl are currently being designed & made. All proceeds will go to Carl for his trip to Boston, MA for the North East Regionals.
A: Build to a heavy Snatch (15 mins)
B: Seven rounds of: (15 min cap)
-Make one snatch attempt per round.
-The lift should be performed immediately following the double unders. The weight should be 80% or higher of your arm that you built to prior.
-Scaling options for DU’s: 1: Lower # of reps. 2: DU attempts in 35 seconds. 3: 150m Row (Last resort).
