4/18/14 & Good luck to Dawn!

Tonight, Dawn will be completing two or the four Masters Qualifier Events!

Please come cheer her on and/or WOD with her!

Today’s 5pm class has been changed to 5-6pm Open Gym. You are welcome to complete today’s WOD or complete one of Dawn’s workouts.

*The Masters Qualifier WODs will be different than the below workout. 

WOD:

Strength:

5×5 Bench Press

Accessory:

Complete 50 Ring Dips or 50 Ring Push-ups or Push-ups

Every minute on the minute, do 10 sit-ups until finished.

Extra:

If time permits, grab a PVC/empty barbell and work positions for clean and snatch.
