20 min. AMRAP

In Teams of 2:

Complete As Many Rounds and Reps as Possible of:

10 Shoulder to Overhead #115/75 (Unbroken)

10 Ring Dips

10 Box Jump Overs #24/20

Partner 1 completes an entire round, then partner 2 completes an entire round….continue for 20 minutes. 

Rounds should be fast. Scale reps on all movements, especially ring dips as needed.
