Back Squat 5 x 5

-Build to a 5 rep max within the 5 sets.

-Complete all 5 sets.

-Document 5 rep max

Accessory Work: 

Single Leg Deadlift

3 x 10 each leg

1 min. of rest in between sets

-Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to maintain great technique.
