2014 Open Information

CrossFit Hamilton & CrossFit Open 2014 Post 2.

Open Athletes and Athletes at CFH who are not signed up for the open,

Tomorrow, Thursday 3/6, 14.2 will be released. I am here to tell you that it will not be snatches and double unders. A thorough plan is in place to make sure that this one of the best experiences you’ve ever had at CFH for a second consecutive week.

There will be NO standard Open Gym on Fridays.

There will be NO standard 6pm and 7pm Class on Mondays.

Any and all questions in regards to the Open should be emailed to with the subject line “CFH Open 2014″. This will allow us to quickly and efficiently address everyone’s concerns over the next 5 weeks.

****Friday night and Monday night are the ONLY times we will be doing the Open WODs with a legitimate judge. This gives you two different attempts at it if need be.***** This means, that any attempts of Saturday/Sunday will not be scored as official scores.

****Any member who is unable to make it to the gym in time for a 5:30pm heat on Fridays needs to let us know in advance. There is no showing up late in an attempt to sneak into a later heat. If you miss your heat time you will most likely have to wait until Monday to compete and complete!

*****On Fridays, the first heat will begin at 5:30pm. The gym will be open prior to that so as to allow athletes to warm-up and do all the necessary stuff prior to the first heat’s start time. We don’t envision heats going past 8pm, but this is largely dependent on the WOD which is released each week.

Please see above for Monday night. A different workout will be posted for Monday at 6am, 9:30am, and 12pm ONLY.

Also, for those who are not signed up for the open, no problem! We will have a heat just for you on Friday night and Monday night at a specific time so that you can still workout. Please standby for the exact times.

There will be a designated warm-up area, spectator area, and workout area each week.

We encourage you to tell your family and friends to come out to support you and you fellow CFH members!

You have until 7pm on Monday night to submit your score on YOU will be responsible for submitting your score.

    Flower industry is the ever-green industry of the Philippines. More than likely they will want to satisfy you to the best of their ability. A low cost business cannot afford a dedicated processing line or an elaborate supply chain, and as such, this business needs to focus on a low volume, high profit model.
