In teams of 3: 

2 Rounds

2 minutes: Max Burpees to Target

3 minutes: Max Power Cleans #205/125

3 minutes: Max Calories on Rower

3 minutes: Max Push Jerks #155/105

(All teammates works during the 2 minutes of Burpees.)

(Only 1 teammate can work at a time for PC, Row Cal and PJ)

(Strategize how to break up reps, quick transition times, etc.)

(Heavier on Weighlifting movements, think about singles for PC and 3-5 on PJ)
