3-6-15 & Open WOD 15.2

NEWS:

15.2 is announced and it is a repeat of 14.2!!!

Please check out the link posted. Review standards, RX/Scaled Options, Weights, Etc. We plan to begin heats at 5pm with 8-10 athletes in a heat. Additionally, all will be judged. So please stay and help (judge) if you go in an earlier heat if possible.

All class times will be executing this Open Workout.

For tomorrow: Please have decided whether you are doing RX/Scaled.

If you are signed up for the Open (Registered & Paid), you CANNOT scale the scale. For example, change weights, scale toes to bar. You have to stick with either : RX or Scaled that is prescribed by the higher ups at CrossFit Inc.

WOD:

Workout 15.2

Every 3 minutes for as long as possible complete:

From 0:00-3:00

2 rounds of:

95-lb. overhead squats, 10 reps

10 chest-to-bar pull-ups

From 3:00-6:00

2 rounds of:

95-lb. overhead squats, 12 reps

12 chest-to-bar pull-ups

From 6:00-9:00

2 rounds of:

95-lb. overhead squats, 14 reps

14 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Etc., following same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds.

Post rounds and reps completed to comments and/or register and submit your results as part of the 2015 Reebok CrossFit Games Open.
