3-27-15 & Open Workout 15.5


15.5 is announced and we have a simple and effective couplet to round out the Open!

Please check out the link posted. Review standards, RX/Scaled Options, Weights, Etc. We plan to begin heats at 5pm with 8 athletes in a heat. Additionally, all will be judged. So please stay and help (judge) if you go in an earlier heat if possible.

All class times will be executing this Open Workout.

For tomorrow: Please have decided whether you are doing RX/Scaled.

If you are signed up for the Open (Registered & Paid), you CANNOT scale the scale. You have to stick with either : RX or Scaled that is prescribed by the higher ups at CrossFit Inc.
